Our Story

On this trip, we will be visiting San Antonio Rio Hondo, Belize with Judson University. My wife and I had the privilege of attending this trip last year, and it was an experience I will never forget. I was initially hesitant to go because why should I take up space on this trip when someone else would be more suited to go? I learned right away that was a selfish attitude. If I was going at all, it was to serve! After letting go of my preconceived notions about mission trips and how little I could do, I saw how God used me in ways I never thought possible, in ways outside of my comfort zone, and more effectively than I expected of myself.
 

We'll be going to San Antonio Rio Hondo, Belize (here's a Google Maps link! https://maps.app.goo.gl/73XWW9Lf5m3zQf1KA) and working with the local church to serve the community in various ways including Construction, Teaching, Fellowship, Medical, and more! I'm going because I want God to use me again in any way He sees fit.

Please pray for Rayna and me as we go down again in March of 2026 and pray for the people of San Antonio Rio Hondo. Please also pray specifically that the upcoming wet season is not too bad and their bridge doesn't get flooded out again. The water can rise as high as 15 feet, and cut off their trucks for business and supplies.
