Who We Are
The Immigrant Women’s Justice Center (IWJC) is a women?led, immigrant?led nonprofit dedicated to supporting immigrant women and girls facing violence, exploitation, and systemic barriers. We provide culturally responsive advocacy, safety planning, and resource navigation to help survivors build safety, stability, and empowerment. Rooted in lived experience and community trust, IWJC works to ensure every woman has the support she needs to thrive.
IWJC is a Connecticut?based nonprofit committed to advancing safety, justice, and empowerment for immigrant women and girls. Founded and led by immigrant women, we understand the unique challenges survivors face when navigating violence, legal systems, and limited access to culturally informed support. Our work centers dignity, healing, and equitable access to resources for every woman seeking safety and stability.
