Our Mission

Paraquad’s programs and services provide hands-on, practical assistance for people with disabilities, all geared toward the goal of independent living. Our staff works with participants to determine their needs and tailor services to help them reach their goals.

Who We Are

Paraquad's guiding principle is to advance the independent living philosophy. We are working to make possible a more integrated community, where people with disabilities are valued and participate in all aspects of society. We strive to make St. Louis more accessible. A more accessible city appeals to all of its members, not just people with disabilities who need more accessible areas.
