Mission: Khairat Alnahraeen Organization works on implementing programmes and projects to support community initiatives that contribute to strengthening community cohesion, building peace, and combating extremism and violence. This keens to raise up resilience towards humanitarian access to influencers of affected groups in conflict and ways to achieve justice and gender equality, combating violence against women and girls. Phase Two of Life's mission is to keep at-risk youth away from gangs, crime, and prison. They aim to achieve this by providing adult guidance, mentorship, and education. The organization uses real-world experiences to illustrate the heartache and loss associated with the gang lifestyle, with the goal of steering youth towards more positive paths. Phase Two of Life also emphasizes the importance of real-world education, including financial literacy and learning a trade, to instill pride and empower youth to make positive choices for their future.
