Hands on Peru has created a pioneering center called CESAPU - Public Health Center, with a pioneering model of community programs, with which it improves the conditioning factors of health (determinants of health), hand in hand with the same community. The most successful program is MADRE CESAPU. Which provides technical, economic and personal empowerment.
