Recovery in Community's (RIC) mission is to contribute to the quality of life by reducing substance abuse primarily in the communities of Southwest Baltimore. RIC is a community based program where comprehensive long term commitment to substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment and recovery support are provided to individuals, families, and communities.

As of October 2015, we have already found forever homes for over 4,300 cats and kittens in our area who may otherwise be homeless or euthanized!
