Our Mission

Amazon Basin Ministries exists to recruit, equip, train and send groups of volunteer laborers to the Amazon Basin to effectively share the gospel with love and boldness, teach and equip disciples to obey Jesus' commandments, meet practical needs including health and dental care, provide clean water and buildings that benefit the whole community, all done in such a way as to empower local believers.

Who We Are

Amazon Basin Ministries was founded in 2016 when the Lord revealed to long-time mission partners to Brazil, Rev. Larry Creamer and Rev. Stan Hanes, the great need for the Gospel and social ministries in the far west Amazon Basin. ABM focuses on ministering in the indigenous villages and communities along the main river channel, with the goal of "making disciples who will make disciples."
