Our Mission The mission of the Carroll County Community Center is to provide people of all ages and abilities facilities, programs, and opportunities that will enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Through our interaction, we also strive to foster community spirit through friendship and teamwork, teach the fundamentals of fitness, exercise, and sport, and instill in all participants the concepts of confidence, motivation, and sportsmanship.
