E4 Youth

At E4 Youth We make opportunity, learning, abundance, and success a reality for creative kids of color. We Engage them in a voyage of discovery where they discover their inherent talent, creativity, ingenuity, inner strength and resilience, and perhaps most importantly, their intrinsic motivation to rise. We Educate them in the use 21st Century Tools that enable them to use their ingenuity to exploit their talent and creativity as they increase the strength and resilience. We Employ them giving them REAL work experience where they achieve success applying their talent and skillful use of 21st Century Tools. We Empower them with the support required to develop confidence that naturally flows from achieving a critical mass of success. They leave us with the ability to translate their knowledge and experience into the wisdom required to take life’s challenges.
