Exodus Cry was birthed out of a prayer meeting when leader Benjamin Nolot was stirred to pioneer an organization that would combine prayer and practical initiatives to see sex trafficking ended around the world. With the goal of raising awareness, our small team struck out on a trip to create a video that told the stories of those trapped in the sex industry. But we quickly realized that if we wanted to tell these stories well, we needed much more than just a video. Several years and four continents of travels later, this project eventually became the award-winning full-length documentary Nefarious: Merchant of Souls. The release of this film opened incredible doors for us around the world, with screenings held for Canada’s Parliament, the United States Congress, and other international governing bodies. The film has been seen by at least 1.5 million to date and has rallied an empathetic army of abolitionists who, even today, continue to fuel this work. With the support of faithful abolitionists like you our team works daily to fight all forms of sexual exploitation. Through shifting culture, changing laws, and reaching out to those being sold for sex we’re fighting for a world where every person is free. Come and join us in this movement! We can't do this alone.
