Who We Are

We are lifetime wilderness guides and filmmakers, leveraging our talents along with a passion to fight absence in fatherhood; physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through our films, expeditions, hands-on workshops, and investment in facilitators and field instructors [aka "Dadvocates"] Family Lines capitalizes on the intentional space of fishing to challenge fathers to fight absence, choose presence and engage restoration with their children.

Visualizing Change

Statistics support nearly all societal issues facing us today can be traced back to a child growing up in a father-absent home. But what if a father is at home, and still absent? It's what we call the silent statistic; present but not engaged. This form of absence has significant impact too, and whether it's a moment in conversation, or a season in life - it is every dad's fight. We provide ALL fathers (and father figures) with tools and opportunities to make a change.
