Who We Serve FFGOIL supports youth, women, families, veterans, nonprofit leaders, and individuals navigating life transitions — particularly those impacted by trauma, foster care experiences, and systemic barriers to opportunity. What We Do Our flagship ARISE™ Mentoring Program is a trauma-informed, coaching-based mentoring model that builds leadership capacity, psychological safety, and long-term resilience. We train volunteer mentors using evidence-based coaching methods that foster self-efficacy, goal-setting, and personal transformation. Programs include: • Coaching-based mentoring for women and youth • Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) workforce pathways • Community wellness and parenting workshops • Leadership development for nonprofit and community leaders Why It Matters We believe transformation occurs when individuals are empowered not only to succeed — but to give back.
