Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, Inc.

Grassroots is a private, non-profit agency serving Howard County and Central Maryland. Founded in 1969, Grassroots has evolved from an all volunteer organization to a professionally staffed multi-service crisis intervention center. We provide 24 hour crisis intervention counseling, walk-in counseling, mobile crisis team, substance use disorder screening and stabilization services, and shelter for homeless families and individuals.
