Our Mission
The missions of Guinea Reads is to empower children in rural Guinea, raising the literacy rate in villages Guinea by supporting village schools, building libraries and preserving and sharing the village culture.
Who We Are
Guinea Reads is driven to support villages in their journey towards expanded literacy. Along with this mission we also feel passionately about preserving, supporting and valuing the culture within the village. All library projects must derive from the desire of village elders and chief, with all materials and labor coming from within the village itself whenever possible.
