Jewish Community Center-Federation of San Luis Obispo

We serve as the focal point of Jewish community life in San Luis Obispo County. We are a non-profit organization enriching life in the area and connecting people of all backgrounds, ages, and religions. The JCC-Federation is a part of the Jewish Federations of North America, a global network of communities. Locally, we are members of the SLO Chamber of Commerce, SPOKES, and the Downtown Association, along with being a partner (through our social service agency, Jewish Family Services of SLO) with Transitions-Mental Health Association. The JCC-Federation is also served by the Hebrew Free Loan Association of San Francisco, a nonprofit that provides interest-free loans to help Jewish individuals in Northern California (including San Luis Obispo) overcome financial challenges and pursue life dreams. Our 2,100 member-based organization is led by its JCC-Federation Manager, volunteers, committees, Jewish Family Services Intake Coordinator, and Board of Directors.
