Our mission is to help women, who struggle with prioritizing themselves first, practice self-care everyday.

Who We Are

Established in 2015, LIV You is an Arizona based nonprofit recognized as an IRS tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 47-3628988) providing healthy living education to positively impact the lives of women and their families through the development of our self care management system. Since 2015, LIV You Nonprofit has supported 400 women who struggle with prioritizing their well-being first.
