Our Mission

The mission of Make Music NOLA (MMN) is to promote academic achievement, cultivate artistic expression, and promote the healthy growth and development of children in New Orleans through culturally relevant music instruction and performance.

Who We Are

Make Music NOLA provides high-quality, tuition-free strings and general music education to students in Orleans Parish who are eligible for free or reduced lunch. Students enrolled in a Make Music NOLA program are able to participate in group and private lessons, performances, workshops, masterclasses, and music-based camps.
