Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services coordinates care for older adults in Contra Costa County (San Francisco Bay Area) who have a wide range of needs.

Who We Are

Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services has enhanced the lives of Contra Costa County seniors since 1968. In nearly half a century, we have grown into a full-service nonprofit dedicated to helping seniors live independently and with dignity.
