Who We Are

We strive to: Live. Grow. Work. Thrive. For 65 years, NCC has empowered the lives of infants, children, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through providing meaningful services and comprehensive programs. NCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and one of the region's largest non-governmental service providers and community partners. Our vision is to create resources to learn, grow, work, live, and thrive in our community so individuals with differing abilities are embraced and fully included as valued and contributing members. We strive in meeting the holistic needs of the infants, children, and adults we serve every day!
