Our Mission

To "Move Black America Forward" through the creation of innovative programming that will lead to economic and social mobility for Black Americans, specifically Black Gen Z "Zoomers" between 9 to 24 years old.

Who We Are

Noir Black Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is a national 501(C)(3) Economic Development Organization headquartered in Louisville Kentucky, the home of Breonna Taylor and Muhammed Ali. The chamber's mission is to “Move Black America Forward”, through the creation of innovative programming centered around10 Pillars that are critical to the success of Black Gen Z "zoomers" 9 to 24 years old. The chamber's specially crafted programming will lead to increases in higher achievements, increased accolades, professional successes, reduction in poverty, and long-term social and economic mobility. 10 Pillars: Business • Black Entrepreneurial – Start • Small Black Businesses – Grow • Mid-Size Black Businesses – Sustain • Black Corporate Professionals – Rise Community “The Disease” • Black Community Trauma Education • Black Teen Higher Professional Career Attainment • Non-College-Bound Teen Apprenticeship and Job Training • Welfare Reform • Homeownership • Black College Students Business Education and Corporate Placement ABOUT NOIR BLACK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INC. Noir Black Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was launched in Louisville Kentucky in late 2019 with 10 members, and today it nationally serves over 260 business owners and corporate professional members across 16 states including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia. The chamber also serves black college students across the country, through its Noir Black Business Clubs on university campuses initiative, which is focused on teaching business education earlier to black students, who are either going to start their own business (entrepreneurship) or work for a corporation (intrapreneurship). Noir Black Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is seeking financial support from community focused “Woke” individuals, foundations, and corporations, who understand the economic and social barriers Black Americans have faced for centuries.
