Our Mission

The mission of Okizu is to provide peer support, respite, mentoring, and recreational programs to meet the needs of all members of families affected by childhood cancer.

Who We Are

For 35 years Camp Okizu has offered support programs to families who have a child diagnosed with cancer. Camp Okizu has become a second family and a home away from home for thousands of patients, siblings, and parents. We offer a variety of medically supervised residential camping programs throughout the year and hope that we have a program that's right for you. All of our programs are free of charge. We invite you to learn more about our programs and hope you will use this section as a starting place to get to know us and to join the Okizu family.
