OUR JOURNEY THROUGH INC

We believe in the power of collaboration, commitment and courageous action to train and empower a community of working single mothers to dream a greater vision and achieve greater success beyond their wildest dreams! OJT's training modules are designed to guide participants in setting and meeting goals that will increase their chances of achieving what's possible in their lives and increase their income potential. Our training modules include workshops and presentations supported by an evidence-based curriculum. Single mothers in the OJT program can choose from an ongoing (flexible and growing) set of topics focusing on personal and financial well being and educational and career planning and support. The workshops/presentations will be conducted after business hours and on weekends and are structured to be delivered in a relatively short time period.
