Our Mission

To improve mental wellness through daily practice of kyndfulness - volunteering, acts of kyndness, and gratitude.

Who We Are

Project Helping is a 501(c)(3) based in Denver, CO. We amplify the mental wellness benefits of volunteering, acts of kyndness, and gratitude to proactively build mental wellness. We call it Kyndfulness. We deliver kyndfulness through 500 annual volunteer experiences, an online platform called KyndHub, and deliverable kyndness called KyndKits.
