Our Mission

The Prostate Conditions Education Council is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of men and their loved ones, through innovative programming, early detection, patient support, educational outreach and increased access to the latest diagnostics and treatments for all prostate conditions.

Who We Are

Prostate Conditions Education Council (PCEC) was founded in 1989, and is a non-profit 501-c3 organization. Our Leadership is comprised of some of the nation's top experts in prostate cancer, health educators, scientists, and prostate cancer advocates. As the founder and coordinator of the National Prostate Cancer Cancer Awareness Month Program, We have screened millions of men across the country for the disease and have become one of the largest and most successful health screening projects in the world. Through hundreds of hospitals, clinics, private physicians, and health centers, we are able to bring FREE or low costs prostate health assessments to thousands of men each year. In addition to prostate health screenings and educational events, PCEC offers FREE Patient Support Services to patients, loved ones and caregivers.
