Our Mission

Pursue Scholars is an urban leadership development nonprofit that holistically invests in emerging leaders from neighborhoods across Chicago to influence lasting impact in our city. We train and inspire young leaders to complete college while also growing as leaders.

Who We Are

Pursue Scholars provides financial, social, and spiritual support to emerging urban Christian leaders in their pursuit of higher education. Our staff and volunteers identify, train, and offer ongoing support to emerging urban leaders as they pursue higher education. Our vision is to see communities throughout the city of Chicago transformed as a new generation of leaders invests themselves in our neighborhoods.
