Jon Johnson Repertory Arts (JJRA) is a community arts organization based in Los Angeles, California. Our mission is to identify, nurture, and uplift raw artistic genius, particularly among Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) artists in marginalized intersecting communities. JJRA has a rich history spanning four decades, during which we have supported artists with resources related to mental health, homelessness, financial stability, to pursuing their artistic dreams in South Los Angeles and beyond. JJRA’s primary goal is to provide support and opportunities for artists who may face systemic barriers due to their race, ethnicity, or other marginalized identities.
