We're building pathways to high-paying, sustainable careers in HVACR by combining rigorous education, early STEM exposure, and real employer connections. Our mission is simple: equip the next generation with in-demand technical skills while strengthening the workforce pipeline that our communities and industries desperately need.
Support HVACR Trade Inc. was founded by Oneil Fuller, a Certified Master HVACR Educator and licensed contractor with over two decades of experience in commercial refrigeration, heat pumps, and advanced diagnostics. Oneil saw a gap: students weren't being introduced to skilled trades early enough, training programs weren't always accessible, and employers couldn't find job-ready talent. So, he decided to build the solution himself. What started as a personal mission to get HVACR education and STEM books into students' hands has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working across Texas and Georgia to transform how we prepare workers for the trades.
Our Impact: Real Numbers, Real
Since our launch, we've reached 30 students through our innovative 5-book Tommy & Theo HVAC Adventures children's STEM series—introducing young learners to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems through fun, engaging storytelling. Our workforce training programs have equipped students and career changers with industry-recognized certifications including EPA 608, NATE, and other technical credentials. Through partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations, we're building a scalable model that doesn't just train technicians—it creates careers.
One $2,500 sponsorship reaches 100 students with our STEM book series. Each book plants a seed of interest in trades and builds early awareness of real career opportunities.
