Our Mission
The Next Door provides a continuum of evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery.
Who We Are
Our full continuum of addiction treatment services includes:
a) Medically-Monitored Detoxification–the most intensive level of care for women, including pregnant women, who are active users when they are admitted;
b) Residential Treatment–a 30-day program which provides a comprehensive, high-intensity program to address underlying issues of mind, body, and spirit associated with substance use, co-occurring mental illness, and trauma;
c) Partial Hospitalization program–an outpatient level of care that focuses on women with mental health as a co-occurring diagnosis and acts as a bridge between inpatient and outpatient services;
d) Intensive Outpatient–a lower intensity outpatient program for clients ready to attend structured groups and begin to step back into their families and communities;
e) Medication-Assisted Treatment–use of buprenorphine and naltrexone as a tool for treatment based on the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s determination that this is a best practice in treating opioid use disorder;
f) Aftercare–an active alumnae group that meets weekly to serve as continued support for women once they leave treatment
