Trailhead Community Farm School

Trailhead Community Farm School was founded to meet the critical need for a neurodivergent-affirming program that integrates both academic and clinical services for students and their families. In addition to serving enrolled students, we are committed to providing educational opportunities for the broader community and advocating for the needs and strengths of the neurodivergent population. Established in 2022, Trailhead Community Farm School opened its doors in 2023 with just two students. Since then, we have supported more than 20 students and their families, continuing to grow our mission of inclusion, empowerment, and individualized learning.
