Our Mission

Our mission is to move our community out of crisis by creating equitable systems of support that are centered around Disabled 2TIGE (2Spirit, Trans, Intersex, and Gender Expansive) members of the community who are also BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and or People of Color), to ensure that we all get to thrive!

Who We Are

Since forming in 2016, TEP has provided direct aid to over 2500 members of the 2TIGE community. Additionally, we have multiple programs to address the disparities being faced by this community, as well as to offer emotional support, and power building for members of the community who are feeling dysphoric, depressed, and or isolated. TEP also offers DEIB trainings and workshops for business partners looking to improve their workplace.
