Dui Hua is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that seeks clemency and better treatment for at-risk detainees through the promotion of universally recognized human rights in a well-informed, mutually-respectful dialogue with China. Focusing on political and religious prisoners, juvenile justice, women in prison, and issues in criminal justice, our work rests on the premise that positive change is realized through constructive relationships and exchange.

Davis Community Meals
Davis Community Meals (DCM) is a non-profit, non-denominational organization whose mission is to provide low-income and homeless individuals and families with housing, food, and human services to help them rebuild their lives. DCM was created in 1990 by the initiative of members of the Episcopal Church of St. Martin in Davis and other religious and civic organizations as well as independent supporters. DCM began operations in February 1991 when our first Tuesday evening meal was served. Currently, we are serving three meals per week, operating a resource center, a street outreach program, providing emergency shelter to individuals, transitional housing programs for individuals and families and permanent supportive housing at Cesar Chavez Plaza. Our membership exceeds 2,500 individuals and over 100 organizations who lend their support through volunteer service, financial and in-kind contributions.
