Inland Empire Community Land Trust
The mission of the Inland Empire Community Land Trust is to provide opportunities for low- and moderate-income persons of the Inland Empire region to secure housing that is permanently affordable using the Community Land Trust (CLT) model that has been successful both in California and nationwide. A CLT preserves quality and affordable for-sale and rental housing for generations to come.
