Providence Childrens Home
Providence Children's Home exists to help provide hope to children in Kenya who have lost their parents due to the AIDS epidemic in Sub-Sahara Africa. We provide a Home, School and Clinic on 16 acres of land 30 km west of Nairobi. We currently have 47 girl orphans at the Home, who all attend the school along with 500 outside students in Pre-K through 12. Our Clinic provides general health care for the orphans, students and the local community.

In addition to the $2.5 million a year in revenue from its incubator (operated by ICNC and its 501 (c)(3) affiliate, the Kinzie Industrial Development Corp or KIDC), ICNC receives over $700,000 a year in funding from government and foundation grants – positioning it to offer extensive no-cost services to local companies and tenants. Today, ICNC is comprised of over 400 member companies and represents the Nearwest side’s rapidly growing business community, comprised of over 2,000 small businesses. Mid-South Spay & Neuter Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit clinic dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and high euthanasia rates by offering affordable spay and neuter surgeries to the public. The clinic has operated since 2005 and has performed over 35,000 spay and neuter procedures and counting. In addition, the clinic offers age-appropriate pet vaccinations and micro-chipping, which are done at time of surgery.
