New Avenues’ programs are currently serving over 700 individuals, ages 3-90 years in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Summit counties, Ohio. The individuals served include those with disabilities and chronic health conditions such as developmental disabilities, mental illness, autism, cerebral palsy, brain injury, and Down syndrome.
