Big Brothers Big Sisters of Racine and Kenosha Counties is dedicated to establishing successful community-based mentoring relationships for youth in need, which help build brighter futures, better schools and stronger communities for all. We are actively recruiting volunteer mentors-men, women and couples-to be matched with one of the 70 children on our waiting list. The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation provides New Jersey families facing the crisis of pediatric cancer a place to turn for comfort and support through professional in-home counseling and a uniquely tailored package of assistance – all free-of-charge. ECF is a non-profit foundation that does not receive any government or United Way funding, therefore there is no “red-tape” or bureaucracy, and there are no application forms. Our assistance begins after the first request for help. We acquire all of our donations from the private sector, from individuals, corporations, foundations and community groups. We rely solely on our community for support. The distinctive feature of ECF’s program is the tailored package of support provided at no cost to the family

To improve the level of dignity, education, opportunity and health for orphaned, abandoned, abused, and/or neglected and special needs children, single mothers, widows and families on the north coast of Honduras. This will be accomplished through programs designed to provide opportunity, education, hope and love as well as providing for the spiritual, physical, emotional, educational, medical, and recreational needs of underprivileged children, in our Children's Home (orphanage), marginalized rural communities, and in our Jungle School. We also strive to share the love of Jesus Christ everywhere we go through acts of kindness and love.
