Our strategy for pursuing this mission is: Awareness The “I am a CHW” Campaign and Partnerships, which give CHWs a platform to share their stories and raise awareness about the value they add in their communities. Network To create a broader network of CHWs that provides opportunities for strong peer-to-peer connections, advocacy, and continued education. Outreach To promote the C.O.R.E. Project that helps community members connect to necessary resources and overcome barriers.
