We see a world where no one is forced to suffer the hardships and humiliation of extreme poverty, where each person has opportunities to improve the quality of their life through entrepreneurship or agriculture or whatever business they are able to do. Roughly 422 million people live in extreme poverty in Africa, that is one in three people. The World Bank defines “extreme poverty” as living on $1.25 or less a day. Pilot Light has been working for 12 years with people living in extreme poverty in Africa to help them improve their lives through creating a sustainable, livable income.

Camp Everytown is a 4-day camp that works with high school students to create a campus culture of empathy, respect and inclusion. Camp Common Ground works with incoming high and middle school students to acclimate them to their new school and build skills to thrive in their new environment. Camp Connections works with K-5 students to promote problem-solving and anti-bullying skills.

Chicago Ballet Arts' mission is to provide a structured, affordable ballet program with high professional standards. In the process, we strive to instill in our students a love of dance, a respect for the classical disciplines necessary in a performing art, and an expanded capacity for excellence.
