Restorative Justice Community Action (RJCA) is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing community-based restorative services throughout Hennepin County. Restorative justice is an approach that focuses on the needs of the victims, the wrongdoers and the involved communities to identify solutions that promote repair, reconciliation and rebuilding of relationships. RJCA brings residents and victims of Hennepin County and Minneapolis together with adults and youth who have committed crimes in their area. Together they participate in a “community conference”, an alternative sentencing option and restorative justice process that strengthens accountability and opens a line of communication between the offender and those harmed.

NPH USA transforms the lives of orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children in Latin America and the Caribbean by supporting the homes, healthcare and educational programs of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Our donors help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru. An additional 1,600 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. NPH outreach programs provided over 95,000 services in 2014.

The hallmark of Right Turn’s approach is a unique combination of evidence-based treatment and creativity using art, music and writing. We use the arts to help the individual define themselves and build a sustainable life in recovery. We provide a full continuum of Individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatry, family services, case management, intervention (CIP), and a community of recovery. Founded by rock drummer, Woody Giessmann in 2003, Right Turn is licensed by DPH, CARF accreditation, and under the medical direction of Mark Albanese MD and clinical direction of Gabrielle “Abby” Dean LICSW.
