Inland Empire Community Land Trust

The mission of the Inland Empire Community Land Trust is to provide opportunities for low- and moderate-income persons of the Inland Empire region to secure housing that is permanently affordable using the Community Land Trust (CLT) model that has been successful both in California and nationwide. A CLT preserves quality and affordable for-sale and rental housing for generations to come. In concert with our affordable housing mission, we are also dedicated to enhancing and beautifying our communities wherever possible.

Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary is a non-profit organization located in northern Williamson County, Tennessee. We do Environmental Education programs for school groups, the public, community center groups, and scouts. We manage 160 acres for native wildlife, working hard to rid the land of invasive species. We are a private sanctuary. To protect and preserve the land, we are only open to the public for specific programs though we conduct private tours regularly.
