These include those State government entities involved with gambling including the State Legislature, Gamblers Anonymous, Gam-Anon, problem gambling treatment providers and all of the businesses providing legal gambling in Indiana. The ICPG works to ensure that state funded quality treatment for problem gambling exists and to ensure that those providing treatment are among the best trained therapists in the country by providing approximately 30 hours of training each year by the best presenters in North America. We offer help for gambling problems 24/7. This help includes direct referral to individuals and organizations involved with assisting problem gamblers and their family members and friends. Our other activities focus on raising the awareness of the issue of problem gambling in Indiana. The ICPG works with our sister organizations in the surrounding seven states via the Midcentral Alliance on Problem Gambling which the ICPG founded. This organization exists to share resources via joint activities so as to leverage our collective knowledge and other resources.
