RESTORE Young women are being sexually violated at a rate never before heard of, and their cries for justice are not being heard. Young men are growing up with a broken mindset of what it is to, “be a man.” We will establish victim outreach and restoration through safe houses and referrals programs as well as initiate a trained “rapid response” team that can help those who search for their own justice. REVIVE Ask any expert, in any field...Social, Psychological, Law Enforcement, Justice, Corrections, and they will tell you that the single most contributing factor to the breakdown of our society falls back to the disintegration of the family. This is not an “American” or western problem but it is World Wide. We have devalued life. We have diminished the importance of parenthood. The Building Winning Families program will undertake the assignment of educating, empowering, and equipping families.
