A.R.T. helps rebuild individual and community identity for refugees worldwide. Drawing upon the indigenous art forms of each community, A.R.T.'s programs are designed to enable the elders of a culture to educate and incorporate the younger generation in their cultural traditions. By developing self-sustaining curricula and training programs, A.R.T. engages children and adults in visual, performing and creative arts drawn from their own cultures.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to expanding humanitarian access through aviation, reaching undeserved populations around the world. Domestically, we invest in people and places—empowering low-income and disadvantaged individuals through job creation and access to safe, stable housing. By revitalizing neglected properties that diminish neighborhood value and safety, we will create job opportunities for the youth growing up in these area and transfer the wealth onto recipients of pubic assistance benefits by selling back these refurbished homes to public assistance recipients. The value of a voucher is no less valuable than actual currency. Through this process, a transfer of wealth will occur. To transform the value of the benefits of public assistance into equity for the recipient. Home ownership being an available option to all, regardless of ones economical background, will only foster stronger, more resilient communities. Your support enables us to transform lives, restore hope, and build a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive,

US Black Business Network

Join us in Creating Change! The US Black Business Network is actively working to bridge the racial wealth gap through community-led financial activism. This work includes a Shop Black Shop Local pilot project. I founded the US Black Business Network (USBBN) on a core belief: there is no greater gift for our community than the right to self-determination through financial activism. Why? Because research from McKinsey & Company warns that without accelerated wealth gains, the racial wealth gap could endure for another 100 years. We refuse to wait. By acting as a unified community, we can claim the intergenerational wealth that is rightfully ours through expanded access to business ownership, housing, and higher education. Our pilot project in Mobile, AL Shop Black Shop Local has proven that this model works. Through this initiative, we have: Identified how to increase and sustain support for local Black-owned businesses. Generated enthusiastic community support and participation. Developed a scalable model to help other communities build wealth. To date, over 150 Mobile residents have actively supported this project through local purchases and engagement. Currently, our nonprofit is operated entirely by volunteers. Your support will ensure that we can continue developing this innovative path toward economic equity. Join us in making self-determination a reality. Your support is appreciated. Netesha Pendleton, Founder US Black Business Network
