FOOD BANK FOR LARIMER COUNTY

Staffed by 34 employees and supported by 2,417 volunteers, the Food Bank for Larimer County distributed 8.9 million pounds of food in 2014 to low-income residents throughout Larimer County. Since opening in 1984, the Food Bank has distributed more than 100,000,000 pounds of food. The Food Bank is the only Feeding America clearinghouse for donated food in Larimer County, Colorado. Feeding America is the nation’s largest food bank and food rescue network.

We strive to prevent and end the cycle of domestic violence by providing temporary emergency shelter, crisis counselling and support groups, court advocacy, referrals to community resources, outreach and prevention education awareness on domestic violence issues.
